A legal disclaimerAt Ship Auto Transport LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent vehicle shipping services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a customer may be eligible for a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued only under the following condition:The assigned carrier (driver) is unable to pick up the vehicle as scheduled, and no suitable alternative carrier can be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer cancels after a driver has been assigned and confirmed.

  • The vehicle is not available for pickup at the agreed time and location.

  • The customer provides incorrect or incomplete pickup or delivery information.

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues beyond our control

3. Refund Process

If the refund condition is met:

  • Please contact our support team at admin1@shipautotransport.net with your order details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
